Run Report

This week it was time to start running again. All my excuses were gone:

Excuse #1 -- Don't want to slip on ice (no ice left).
Excuse #2 -- Don't want to wreck my fancy running shoes (no longer wet & muddy).
Excuse #3 -- I was sick (now mostly better).

So, I got my rear in gear and out I went. I'm not doing BFL or any diet plan actually (won't be trying for those last 10 pounds until Julian is done nursing). Instead, my overall goal is just "get more exercise." However, it helps me to have concrete short-term and long-term goals, so here's my plan...
